    1. To cultivate students' positive values and attitudes through different English activities.

    2. To enhance teaching and learning effectiveness by deepening students’ self-directed learning skills and attitudes and expanding diversified learning and teaching strategies.

    3. To expand students' reading experience and cultivate students' reading habits and interests.
